Dopo aver ripetutamente cercato di contattare il centro di assistenza per il MANCATO FUNZIONAMENTO DEL DISPOSITIVO DOMICILIARE per il controllo da remoto del PACEMAKER e aver lasciato svariati messaggi in segreteria telefonica, finalmente un operatore si e' degnato di rispondere e mi e' stato assicurato che mi sarebbe arrivato quanto prima un nuovo dispositivo in sostituzione di quello non funzionante. dopo 2 settimane non mi e' ancora arrivato nulla!!!! Mi e' stata inviata anche una mail con indicazioni su come scaricare l'app MY CARE LINK SMART EU, e ci sono anche i link per videospiegazioni IN INGLESE. giocare con la vita delle persone e' a dir poco VERGOGNOSO!!!! MA QUALE ASSISTENZA FORNITE ???? VERGOGNA VERGOGNA VERGOGNA VEDIAMO SE AVETE IL CORAGGI ODI PUBBLICARE LA RECENSIONE!!!
